Timing and Booking:
Homecare services availability is 8am to 8pm Monday to Saturday with advance payment of visit charges.
Booking for Public Holidays and Sundays has to be paid 1 day in advance.
Booking will only be confirmed once advance payment of visit charges is made.
Please note that a visit charge of Rs. 1,000/- will apply to areas in DHA Phase 6, DHA Phase 7, DHA Phase 8, and Askari 11. For areas outside of these locations, a visit charge of Rs. 2,000/- will apply.
In case of refusal of services during home visit, advance payment of visit charges will not be refunded. Advance visit charges will not be refunded if appointment is cancelled less than 2 hours before scheduled time.
Appointments for homecare services are made on best-effort basis. Prevailing weather or security conditions may necessitate rescheduling or cancellation of homecare service appointment.
